Changes to Presets

Hello!
So I've been thinking about how I can make the presets easier to work with, so I've decided to split everything up, so that you have the option to only download the specific preset you want. The Presets Pack will still be available, but there will be an option to download each separately.
I'm still trying to figure out how to put the PresetEffects.xml and documentation.
